Oh My World....ASD!!!
Well well, let's see what we've got here....well here we've got me, who's been sitting here on this couch watching "Lifeforce" on my notebook over and over and over again for so many times I've lost count by now, and trying really hard to figure out what I'm gonna write here about the demo and still not knowing what. I mean what can I possibly say about this demo that would really describe either the demo or how I feel about it? aMUSiC just told me that ASD has been working on this demo for 6 months... what can I write in a few lines to be a fair comment about something so beautiful that has taken so much hard work?
For the first 30 minutes all that came to my mind was "Oh My God" and even now it's mostly that. ASD's new Assembly winner masterpiece causes quite the movement in one's mind. I'd been told that I was about to have a new favorite ASD demo and that's totally the case! =) The visuals bring you this beautiful mix of amazement and astonishment, way to go Navis, AMV and Archmage. And the music... well ... what else can you expect from aMUSiC and Leviathan? It's a fascinating soundtrack which is completely perfect for the demo.
There really isn't much more that I can say... you have to carefully watch this demo, it speaks for itself and it has a lot to say actually. Do make sure to read the "read me" info as well for some extra hints.

Gosh I love it!! The music is unbelievable and I particulartly loved the scene with the stones and chains and the red threads, although the whole demo was one giant favorite scene for me.
What can anyone say? Maybe I am exagerating but when I first watched it on the stream I thought it was the best demo ever. I really haven't seen before in the demoscene such emotional massive thing, it's quite much bigger and better than everything else ASD has done before, I may be exagerating but it's like some of the demos everyone of us imagine when daydreaming but of course never have the dedication to bring them into reality! I may be exagerating but I am not. And it's still the same when I watch it again and again now and that baby only runs fine in my crappy laptop with GeForce FX5600!!! Unbelievable, u r gods, I quit the scene, kthxbye! =)
Oh man these guys actually ARE gods of digital art. I guess I'll have more dignity qutting image arts too! :)
It's no exageration.. I may not have seen as many demos as Aasemoon has but from what I have seen, this is the best... THE best.

Well I watched the demo 2.5 days ago and I sorta bumped into the same writer's block that Aasemoon is talking about. I don't know what to say other than "Perfection"!

Ok I've been a fan of ASD since that first demoshow when I watched Iconoclast on the big screen, but now, this is far beyond all expectations. This is large. Congrats ASD for such an amazing work of art and for winning the competition. ^_^
OOH WOOOW! How much work did you guys have to put into this demo? Looks like tons and tons of work. And Amusic has definitely done it again with a super soundtrak.

Guys it's the 12th by the way, anybody know the results for the intel competition yet?
Comparint to whatever demo I've seen so far, this is THE best.
The intel results got out on the 10th. Still won the competition, Synesthetics ranked 2nd, we (asd) ranked 3rd, fairlight 4th and xplsv ranked 5th.
Holy shit when did all this happen? When did 2 demos get released? How come we never heard? %)!! This last demo is HUGE man, it's the best! THE BEST! ASD we love you!
Yeah what Paulo said and in addition, how the hell ASD ended up in the 3rd place for the intel compo? They had the obvious best demo. This is weird. Well anyway, happy to see they got first for the Life Force demo, it rocks hard.
On noooooooooooo how could ASD possibly end up on the 3rd for the intel competiton? Oh well seems like the intel resuls are always somewhat funny. Anyway, both demos are fantastic. We all know it. :)
The demo left me with round eyes and open mouth for half an hour. The best demo ever.

Oh my gosh this is the most beautiful demo I've seen so far. I was finally able to see it yesterday on Aasemoon's laptop and I just love it. ^_^
